With the start of Peru State College’s promising 2025 football season just weeks away, area fans have a chance to preview Bobcat prospects on Monday, July 14 at the Auburn Country Club.

Bobcat head football Coach Phil Ockinga and members of his staff will be on hand starting at 6:30 pm at the Country Club, 72722 US Highway 75 just south of Auburn. There is no admission charge, and complimentary hors d’oeuvres will be provided by the Peru State Football Boosters.

Deemed the Bobcat Football Road Show, this will be its third and final stop. Earlier Road Shows in Lincoln and in Omaha/Bellevue were a big hit, and with this one scheduled just before fall camp opens it will provide great insight on the team and upcoming season.

The Bobcats open at home on Saturday, Aug. 30 against Oklahoma Panhandle State University. Kickoff is 1 p.m. in the Oak Bowl.
