Nothing beats a community Fish Fry to gather to show love and support. Mark your calendars for March 29 for a free will donation Fish Fry at the Watson, Mo., Community Building at 5 p.m. with an auction to follow.

The event is meant to raise funds to help Kathy Esser, a local woman who has encountered surgery and multiple hospital stays since December resulting in an extended leave from work. The funds will help her with any travel and medical expenses.

Kathy Esser and her husband Dick reside in Watson where she is currently recovering and continues to receive medical treatment. Kathy is the mother of Shae (Justin) Neumeister and Chance Esser.

Kathy was born and raised in Hamburg where she kept her roots in adulthood working at Grape Community Hospital. Kathy’s familiar face and smile have been devoted activities in the local communities.

A beautiful quilt will be raffled off that was donated by the Watson Quilters.

Raffle tickets can be purchased before or at the fish.
