Nebraska State College board freezes tuition for second straight year

For the second straight year, the board of trustees of the Nebraska State Colleges froze tuition at the Chadron State, Peru State, and Wayne State Colleges for the 2022-23 academic year. While this was 0.4 MAF more than forecast last month, this volume is still 79 percent of average.
