With the start of Peru State College’s promising 2025 football season just weeks away, area fans have a chance to preview Bobcat prospects on Monday, July 14 at the Auburn Country Club.
Three Fremont County Rodeo Contestants have qualified for the National Junior High Finals Rodeo on July 12-19th in Rock Springs, WY. Each of them will compete two times and hope to make it in the top twenty. The top twenty go to the “short go” to compete for the National Finals! Best of luck to our Rodeo Athletes!

The Brownville Concert Series is thrilled to welcome to Brownville, Darius de Haas in “TIMELESS: From Nat King Cole to Stevie Wonder.” Darius de Haas, of the original Broadway cast of RENT and the singing voice of “Shy Baldwin” from the hit series The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel takes us on a musical journey celebrating the legacy of musical giants like Nat King Cole and Sarah Vaughan.
