George C. Grape Hospital hosted an air fryer class with seven in attendance. Shelly Jackson was the lucky winner of an air fryer. On February 11, Fremont County extension council member, Brian Langner of Shenandoah, met with Iowa legislators at the Iowa Extension Council Association legislative breakfast held at Capitol Building in Des Moines.

The Fremont County Farm Bureau hosted a Legislative Coffee in Sidney on April 5. In attendance were Senator Mark Costello and Representative David Sieck.
