The Battle with the Bulls Committee would like to send a big thank you to the Sidney gootball team for setting up the arena and back pens on the Friday morning before the Battle With The Bulls event and also for taking all the heavy gates and chutes down on Sunday after the event. This group worked in the heat on Friday and again in the mud and rain on Sunday morning.

This was the first year they weren’t able to set up earlier, but the players got to work on the project early Friday morning and, once they reached a point where they didn’t need so many hands on gates, several players moved inside the arena to help put up sponsor banners. Committee member Jamie Whitehill – Avey, Board of Directors for Battle With The Bulls, expressed how much the committee appreciated the support and help from the Sidney football team.
