The Hamburg Charter Culinary class is back to serving the community. The culinary students are now offering specials at the Big Blue Cafe at 1106 Main Street on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The cafe is open from 11-2 those days while offering a daily special and you can add on a drink and dessert. The daily specials are posted on the Big Blue Cafe Facebook page and are typically $12.
