First State Bank, Office of Glenwood State Bank, presented a donation of $50,000 toward the construction of a splash pad in Tabor City Park. With this contribution, First State Bank continues its tradition of giving back, reinforcing its role as a community bank. The new splash pad will provide a fun and safe space for children and families, adding to the park’s amenities and strengthening the sense of community. Total donations to the splash pad project stand at $116,652. The goal for donations is $150,000. At that amount, the project will be eligible to apply for other grant opportunities.
