The Gift
What a week! In our immediate area, we have been nearly blown apart by the 70 plus mph winds in our neck of the woods. I was reminded again of “the good old days” without electricity and of the fact that, indeed, as independent as we view ourselves, we are not “in charge” of our lives.

2025 Corner Conference Art Show
Middle and High School art students in each of the Corner Conference schools have been working hard to get ready for the 2025 Corner Conference Art Show. This year the show will be hosted by Sidney High School from Saturday, March 29th - Monday, March 31st. Excellent artwork from all of the Corner Conference schools will be on display and everyone is encouraged to come and enjoy. The Art Show has no admission fee. Objectives for the Art Show are to showcase our students’ artwork, reward and recognize students for their ability and efforts, and promote the visual arts in our communities by encouraging the participation of the public to view the artworks.
