Arbor Bank, 923 Main St., currently has a new-customer promotion running that can help bank customers give back to the Hamburg community. Customers who open a new checking account with the bank will not only receive a $100 deposit in the account from Arbor Bank, but they will also be able to donate $100 to one of four Hamburg organizations: Hamburg Hometown Pride, the Hamburg Public School, the Grape Community Hospital Foundation, or the Hamburg Volunteer Fire Department.

Students are selling raffle tickets for a Lyn Zuck original throw-size quilt, 2 vouchers for an Omaha Storm Chasers game, and the annual pig raffle. The pig will be processed and delivered to the winner in September.
