Gov. Reynolds, Iowa Department of Education launch DON’T QUIT! fitness campaign
Governor Reynolds and the Iowa Department of Education have partnered with the National Foundation for Governors’ Fitness Councils (NFGFC) and its chairman Jake Steinfeld to participate in the DON’T QUIT! campaign which aims to reverse growing trends in mental illness and childhood obesity.

Cowgirls wrap season with East Mills matches
The Sidney girls’ basketball team wrapped up the 2022-23 season with a pair of games against East Mills, the first coming on senior night at home and the second coming in postseason action. A 24-point third quarter by East Mills proved to the difference in a match up of the two teams on Feb.
