NC Museum Report: Nebraska City Historical Society

The Society will host a featured speaker on Monday, March 23, from 7 to 9 p.m. in the West Wing Banquet Hall at Nebraska City Museum of Firefighting.
Dean Knudsen, museum curator at DeSoto Refuge, will be speaking about the life and work of artist William Henry Jackson.
Refreshments will be served at 7 p.m. with the presentation beginning at 7:30 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public.
Dates are set for the Historical Society’s free summer family events!
Trails West Day: Saturday, June 6, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Old Freighters Museum, 407 N 14th St.
Sweet Summer Afternoon: Sunday, Aug. 23, from noon to 4 p.m. at Nelson House, 711 3rd Corso.
