Thomas L. Pike was born February 26, 1941 to Elmer Lee and Ruth (Warden) Pike. Tom was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather. He was a pioneer in the field of computer communications and a lifelong tractor and small engine mechanic.

Thomas L. Pike was born February 26, 1941 to Elmer Lee and Ruth (Warden) Pike.  Tom was a devoted husband, loving father and grandfather.  He was a pioneer in the field of computer communications and a lifelong tractor and small engine mechanic.
He is survived by his wife Jackie of Union; children, Tammy Jeanneret and her husband Allan of Nebraska City; Terry Brammier and her husband Marty of Avoca; Neil Pike and his wife Jodie of Columbus and Kevin Pike of Union; grandchildren, Aaron Mikey Murphy, Adam and Andrew Jeanneret, Colton and Jayden Brammier, Andy, Jake, Elizabeth, Joe and Samantha Pike; sister, Carol Wachter and her husband Don Wachter of Palmyra; special friend, Mike Finch and his wife Marlene of Detroit, MI; nieces, nephews and many friends.
Tom died February 4, 2015 at his home in Union at the age of 73 years, 11 months and 8 days.
Funeral services were to be 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 9, 2015 at Marshall Funeral Chapel with Rev. Randy Rasmussen officiating.
Military Rites were to be performed by Robert Bernard Roddy American Legion Post No. 235 of Union.
Private family committal services were to follow at East Union Cemetery near Union.
Visitations were to be 1:00 to 9:00 P.M. Sunday at Marshall Funeral Chapel in Nebraska City with the family greeting friends from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M.  The casket will remain closed.
