Sidney Cowboy Adam Thompson, came away with another first place finish in the 3200 meter run with a finish time of 10:51.52 during the Fremont Mills Last Chance Invite on Monday, May, 7 at Tabor.

The Cowboy’s placed second with 98 points.  Fremont Mills won the Invite with 119 points.

During the 4x800 meter relay, Mister McNaughton, Jaden Sears, Cole Hunt, and Adam Thompson placed first with a time of 9:09.04.

In the 1600 distance medley relay, Sidney placed first and a finish time of 3:55.65.  Runners; Bryson Duncan, Cody Hankins, Jaden Sears, and Noah Jorgenson.

800 Meter Run: Cody Hankins, 2nd, 2:15.85.                                                           1600 Meter Run: Storm Barrett, 3rd, 5:33.62.
Discus: Cameron Whitehead, 3rd, 125-01.
Shot Put: Brady Lorimor, 4th, 41-00.

The Sidney Cowgirls’ placed third during the Last Chance Invite where Camryn McClintock finished with a time of 2:49.85 and a first place showing.

In the 200 meter dash, Maddy Duncan placed first with a finish time of 27.31.  In the long jump competition, Duncan placed first with a leap of 16-05.

Jaden Daffer won the 100 meter hurdles with a time of 16.63.

Sidney placed first in the 4x400 meter relay with a time of 4:26.35.  Runners were; Maddy Duncan, Jaden Daffer, Savannah Hall, and Caitlyn Ward.

Both Sidney squads will be back at Fremont Mills (Tabor) on Thursday, May, 10 for district action.  Field events will begin at 4:00 pm and running events will start at 4:30 pm.
