Hamburg, Iowa —
Two men were arrested July 15 on Fremont County warrants for separate incidents. Joshua Lee Likenhoker, 26, of Thurman, was arrested for three counts of assault with intent to commit sexual abuse and impersonating a public official. Linkenhoker is being held at the Fremont County Jail with no bond.
Fremont County Deputy Cassandra Hoffage said Likenhoker was involved in three separate incidents the early morning hours of July 12 — at roughly 1:15 a.m. at a Hamburg residence, at roughly 1:45 a.m. at Shotgun Geniez, and at roughly 2:15 at the 1200 block of Main Street in Hamburg.
Sheriff Kevin Aistrope said a no-contact order will be issued by the magistrate then Likenhoker will be able to bond out.
Brett Michael Stacey, 20, of Shenandoah was arrested for sexual abuse, 3rd degree. Aistrope said the July 2 incident involved a 14-year-old minor and occurred in Sidney. Stacey is being held at the Fremont County Jail with a bond of $10,000 cash or surety.
