Fremont County Sheriff’s deputies executed a search warrant at 1371 370th Ave. in Randolph at approximately 1 a.m. on Feb. 2. Three people were arrested after deputies say they discovered marijuana and prescription pills. Andrew J. Hughes, 20, of Randolph was charged with possession of paraphernalia, prohibited acts, unlawful possession of prescription drugs and intent to deliver. His bond was set at $5,000. Dyson P. Tobin, 18, of Tabor was charged with prohibited acts and delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $5,000. Christina M. Lupo, 19, of Randolph was charged with possession of controlled substance. Bond was set at $1,000.
